Later in the episode, Hank is using an automated booth of some sort for the main plot line and Dale is with him. The booth has a voice that sounds just like Dale’s old voice…

Since it’s a fast forward in the future they could give Dale throat cancer and one of those little hold it up to your throat things to talk.

Lots of good ideas here, but the thing is, Dale wasn’t just a great voice, he was a masterfully delivered great voice. It will be easy to get a good sounding voice for Dale, but nigh impossible to imitate what Hardwick did with the delivery.

Or just have Dale be Rusty Shackleford, like he finally pulled the trigger and committed to that identity.
Wearing an obvious disguise and an obvious fake accent.
But everyone still knows it’s Dale and treats him the same.
