      LOL we’d be the CSA now if the confederacy’s record was anywhere near as good as the French. I’ve got a pile of laundry in the basement that’s been there longer than the entire duration of the confederacy.

      I really have no idea why Americans bash the French so much for this - and I say this as an English man. We don’t blame the Jews for the Holocaust, why blame the French for being over run by the Nazis?
