So this is some sort of MRI scanner that has gotten a cross section through the person on the right and a surface level photo for the person on the left.

The dick is squashed to severely in the mouth that it must be flacid or a prosthetic or insanely painful.

The penis is going into the trachea rather than the oesophagus, which makes this life threatening deep throat.

I hope the person on the right is a man… So I can call this “fake and gay”.

    It will almost certainly block breathing, yes, but more importantly it’s about the opening to the trachea being incredibly small in comparison to the average penis. You can go look at some videos of endotracheal tube insertions and see how tight of a fit those are.

We can ignore all that - why can’t we see through the penis or the owner of said penis?

And I can’t really tell if the larynx is impacted or not, but all that cartridge and muscle woild probably get all sorts of destroyed.

And even if it were flaccid, from personal experimentation, if you attempt to squish a dick that much, it’s going to be painful.
