        Did you read that article, though? Did you notice how many UN member states actually recognize the Republic of China (Taiwan) as a country? Eleven.

        For comparison, a lot of people in the United States and Europe would confidently tell you that Palestine is definitely not a country, but it is actually recognized as one by 157 of the 193 members of the UN.

      But they didn’t have texts in the 1800s and that’s a political cartoon used to support the Chinese exclusionary act not anti scamming propaganda. I take it you’re a fan of Taiwan and its sovereignty then?

        Yes, this is what makes it a joke. Because the only difference is the format that’s changed, while the racial sensibilities are about the same.

        Hey now, if you get to define your racist charicature in your own terms, don’t you think you should let them do so to? I’m sure the Workingmen’s Party of California would say that it’s just “anti-capitalist” propaganda, the capitalists being the ones who let those damn Chinese come in and take out jobs.

        Of course, it’s bullshit in both cases.
