Reminds me of when I got my gallbladder removed. The nurse got me talking about cooking because I was freaking out and tensing up over the needle. One second I was just laying there happily talking about the lentil taco salad I made recently, and the next, I was hazily looking around the room in a state of utter confusion while a nurse stood over me and asked if I want a graham cracker.

I had that happen with morphene once. Watched the needle for the drip go in, looked away for a second, looked back and it was already being removed because my procedure was done.

So did Michael Jackson. It didn’t go so well for him.
