The person most likely to survive is some scrawny-ass motherfucker with a good immune system. Somebody who can get by on very little food, and can also fight off diseases.

Depends on what kind of apocalypse you’re talking about. And most types of apocalypses come with disease spread as a bonus issue, anyway, even if it wasn’t disease that started it in the first place.
