  It depends on the state; there is no federal laws about mudflaps on non-commercial vehicles.

  Those wheels also grab pedestrians and cyclists and pull them under the vehicle at intersections. Record numbers of pedestrians getting killed but we decided to prioritize toxic masculinity.

    If you mow down enough pedestrians and cyclists, there will be fewer of them, thus reducing the death statistics. It’s a problem that solves itself
