The way American insurance work - u just file a claim of damage - as long as you took a picture of other guy license plates - their insurance will just pay out. Seen it

Unless it hits the road and bounces up. Happened to my parents when a metal chunk got kicked up by a truck in front of them, it hit the ground right in front of them and pierced their muffler. Claim denied.

Those wheels also grab pedestrians and cyclists and pull them under the vehicle at intersections. Record numbers of pedestrians getting killed but we decided to prioritize toxic masculinity.

If you mow down enough pedestrians and cyclists, there will be fewer of them, thus reducing the death statistics. It’s a problem that solves itself
