So true. I love spicy food and like it hot, but whenever I go someplace new I step my normal order down a level until I learn their scale.
Comment on I didn't realize masala, was spicy

Most people think they can, then cry like babies when they’re tested; myself included. I can nearly drink Tapatio and Sriracha Cock Sauce, but Indian Guntur curries for example send me crying.

I truly don’t know what that is, and I’m afraid to look it up.

Its the kind of bird on the label. I think it shows you the level of spiciness, with the cock being the most spicy one. But searching for those terms might show some masochist applying it to his cock, so yeah, just search for sriracha sauce and you will find it.

It’s just a common nickname for Huy Fong branded sriracha hot sauce, which is one of, if not the, most succesful hot sauce(s) in the world.
It’s nicknamed “cock sauce” because the brand icon is a rooster (aka. cock). The sauce is also called “rooster sauce” but that is less fun.
