  You absolutely can without much difficulty speak while being tased, if you have desensitized yourself to the pain, and/or if you have a particularly high pain tolerance (or ofcouse if you just lack the ability to feel pain in general).

  Because the electrocution does not affect your ability to speak on a physical level, so it’s all about having the will power and stocism to speak trough the pain.

  Of course if it is your first time ever experiencing a shock of that magnitude it can easily disorient and stun (i know) you into remaining speechless.

  If you are still wondering, It is a joke, Google Japan has made a new joke keyboard every year since 2012. They used to release the videos on april fools, but for some reason they switched from releasing on april 1st to October 1st, 5 years ago.

  It’s just a common nickname for Huy Fong branded sriracha hot sauce, which is one of, if not the, most succesful hot sauce(s) in the world.

  It’s nicknamed “cock sauce” because the brand icon is a rooster (aka. cock). The sauce is also called “rooster sauce” but that is less fun.
