Bombing Yugoslavia was one of the small handful of good things NATO ever did, but the other person is talking about the civilian casualties here. One would presume the people involved in murder and rape don't count towards those number.

That’s where the Serbian army was. I think the people from Kosovo have forgiven NATO though, if you’ve ever been to Prishtina the multi-story Bill Clinton tribute banner is quite noticeable.
