So for the past week, the grease trap in the dumpster room has backed up. Started slightly flood the dumpster room with old grease from the commercial property downstairs.
They reckon it hasnât been cleaned out properly for years, and the poor new lease holders (a cafe) werenât even aware of it as it wasnât mentioned on their lease. They apologised anyway, and this morning have gotten a company to clean it.
I donât think Iâve ever smelled anything so fucking rancid. Fucking hell itâs foul af. Like bin juice but rotten.
What a lovely way to wake up.

You stop smelling it. I worked in what was essentially a fancy rendering plant while at uni.

Boyo did a short run at a fish based fertiliser plant. They stripped to jocks on the porch and threw out their pants every week. Glad I wasnât around for that!!
