    Id say it’s more likely to be a trans dude than a trans women. Estrogen gives ya tits, but testosterone doesn’t undo tits.

  In addition to what the other person said, trans top surgery is actually a small minority. The majority of top surgeries are fat men getting a breast reduction and women getting bigger boobs than the ones they already have.
