The Stupid Tax is at least 30%, with an additional 10% for the Idiot Fee and 10% for the Moron Dues.

Only if you want to signal that they’re doing a bad job. 25% seems much more reasonable if they’re doing a standard job as a landlord by doing things like collecting your rent money on time.
