FYI I seem to recall that almond milk is horrible for the environment because of the quantity of almonds and water required. Oat milk is supposed to be the better choice from that perspective, and supposedly it’s easy to make yourself but I haven’t tried that.

I drink soy personally. It has a good amount of nutrition, closer to regular milk than the others if I’m not mistaken.

I actually now prefer almond milk over real milk. Low carb, I already like almonds, and it lasts for like 3 months

Here’s a breakdown for some of the popular ones; almond milk is problematic for its water usage, but even accounting for locale, it doesn’t even come close to dairy milk.
That is, don’t let “perfect” be the enemy of “better” if your choice of milk is part of your environmentalism and you like almond milk.
