I’m thinking how this injury could have been caused by a single incident. Like both hands dismembered, with the right hand’s (on the left side?) thumb broken but otherwise relatively ok, whereas the left hand (on the right side) got basically cleaved, with the index finger flattened/elongated/crushed with the thumb looking fine (I think? looks sus, but can’t really say…).

first thought is a car accident, but then the whole bits of hands and them arranged wrongly doesn’t really make sense in my head, like, this xray wouldn’t even be taken in the process of saving their life, I would think (unless they are dead, and this is a post mortem xray, but then at that point, why wouldn’t you arrange it properly then?)

So I am thinking of some heavy machinery accident, and they managed recover whatever is left of their hands and limbs, rushed into the hospital, thus taking a quick xray to immediately see the extent of the damage.

Or it could be ai, no idea, not a doctor…
