Other people have already mentioned it but they literally raised him to be the ideal happy go lucky person.

Sure he figured it out, but there is no way he would become a sociopath with all the love and attention they gave him.

I think they control the ecosystem so much he couldn’t. They’d always have a cop or two on duty to stop him or keep him in line or probably just remove whatever demographic he’s targeting
