Crap, I missed the GC part. I have the Wii version.
I think the hard part will be finding/dumping your own gamecube rom. Otherwise, the instructions are pretty easy:
Download Dusk
Windows / macOS / Linux:
- Extract the .zip file
- Launch Dusk
- Press Select Disc Image and provide the path to your supported game dump
- Press Play!

Thanks. Unfortunately I have/had the Wii version (I hope I still have it somewhere) but the Wii is not modded so may prevent some hurdles for me.
