Better thank okay. We are interested in efficiency. Bouncing it out a can, slicing it and singeing it on a stove takes time and adds nothing in terms of calories and sodium.

knew a guy in the army who would eat spam and bean dip out of cans for a meal. same guy would eat a bag of oreos poured into a mixing bowl with milk for saturday morning breakfast cartoons.
