Don’t abuse it and do all your own work. I keep most of my stuff running by inspecting frequently and doing repairs before it’s an “oh shit will this get me to work” kind of failure. Also motorbikes are a bit different than cars, they run way closer to their mechanical maxes and are just lighter overall. They typically break down quicker.

Future project is a gradually growing pile of increasingly weird, unusual parts. I don’t have the space to build something ground up yet.
I do already have the running and driving wack-ass engine swap though.

I got my girlfriend partially because I drove a 91 Accord in almost mint shape, not in spite of. She realized I value and take care of things and don’t just throw them away because I’m bored or “they’re old, I want new”. Green flag.

The grassy field was there before the panels. It’s overall utility as a grazing field is not reduced by more than a few percent (if panels are built better than in the photo). Structures should definitely always have panels on them but this isn’t that bad.
- Comment on Utopia 2 weeks ago:
Not really. Lots of grasses thrive in partial/full shade, the shade reduces water loss so there is less plant stress and less irrigation is needed during peak summer heat, and also there are now solar panels available with transparent glass backings that allow 5-10% of the sunlight to still reach the ground below improving growth.
Cohabitating solar panels and grazing animals is like, almost perfect optimal land use.

For a 2-3 day trip i don’t need many clothes. 3 pairs of underwear, socks, and my work polos don’t take much space and easily pack around my laptop and hand tools. I’ll usually re-wear my slacks.
Any longer and I’ll pack more, but usually use the hotel laundry to cut down on total bulk.

I travel for work professionally. 99% of the time I’ll travel exclusively with a backpack to carry my essentials. Its very hard to yank a backpack off someone when both straps are on, it’s very ergonomic, it frees my hands to hold my phone/boarding passes/passport/food, etc etc.
Backpacks are the objectively superior travel and everyday bag, honestly.

In smaller areas they’d make the yellow book and white book the same book to save on binding and distribution. I remember back in the very early 2000’s my rural county still got the 400+ page yellow pages delivered every year.

Because commercially produced lesbian porn is targeted strictly at straight dudes who think it’s gay to see another man’s dick.
Also because people fuck up the tags 99% of the time

Winter is a great time to be buying very warm, protective clothing like a balaclava, large winter hats, insulated gloves, and puffy mass produced black jackets!
- Comment on I can still smell them 4 weeks ago:
I had at least a few and they never fucking fired right like 95% of the time. The clack of the hammer was louder than the damn cap itself.
Later I got one of those that takes an orange revolver style cap set and they were so much more reliable. Except you ran out of ammo in like 3 seconds and getting a parent to go buy more of those expensive ass refill things was nearly impossible.

As long as it’s not blocking the travel lane or the sidewalk, pretty sure it passes the smell test.

Unironically, Best Buy pivoted really well into the modern market and they sell a lot of broad tech stuff at good prices. I’ve bought a lot of stuff including SSD’s, ram, and a big 43" monitor from them with good discounts. Don’t diss them till you’ve used them.
GameStop though, I’m still not sure how theyre in business. Mostly Nintendo physical items I think.
