There’s a whole level of trust already established which is nice.
I have no unique diet advice. I’m back to counting calories cos it’s what’s been working and I’ve got more to work on. My goal is to be kinder to my hips and knees.

Nicely done on the weight loss and the gf!! Boyo and I had known each other for 7 years pre dating, it was nice to not worry about a lot of the early on getting-to-know-you things.
