In practice this isnt though- every right has to have some limit to prevent abuse. For free speech, there are 2: the fire in a crowded theater scenario, and assault. For instance in my state, assault includes specific threats of violence. (By specific i mean the kkk would unfortunately be free to say ‘we should kill all black people,’ but 'were going tp burn down t
