  Was thinking the same.

  Where are the 13 year old troublemakers at? We used to throw bike locks on the bike cops wheels when we were kids. And they weren’t fucking terrorizing our neighborhood.

  Get the kid with the crackhead parents whose been through the system a dozen times before puberty to do the dirty work, he’s in and out of the precinct in a couple hours.

    Well the difference is that these freaks are much much more likely to arrest and/or just for you for doing stupid pranks like that than the bike cops in your neighborhood were.

    They should at least pull down their masks. Pantsing would be funny, but clearly they care about hiding their identity, so removing that would be more useful.
