Stephen Fry claims to have lost 100 pounds by walking and listening to audio books.
He made a list of all the books he wanted to read, then committed two hours a day to walking. He'd listen to the books while strolling.
No he doesn’t claim that lol stop making stuff up.
If you've made it a point to listen to every interview Mr. Fry has done, I'm sure he would tell you to stop and do something more useful.
