    That’s fine, I’m just saying the “shouldn’t have been out that late and was probably a criminal anyway” is eerily close to what is said when people are victim blaming. Better just say that he deserved it for being a shit person

      It’s not a matter of “he’s probably a criminal anyway,” he’s something far worse that a criminal. There no “probably” about it. He’s a psychopathic traitor who actively, enthusiastically attacked/ damaged/ destroyed/ stole, etc. extremely valuable and sensitive agencies and data, and he deserves life in prison.

    I think he is too young to be Luigi’d. He has capacity for reflection, contrition and transformation. But he did need to be checked, no doubt. Chances are this will not wake him up. His future will be in some minimum security prison for embezzlement or fraud or some other white collar crime.

    Buy don’t you see the circumstances of the situation matters? A black man being beat up by police on his way home late one night after buying diapers for his toddler, sounds pretty awful and unjust right? Well turns out it was Clarence Thomas. Cool he got beat, but still makes it an unjust and disgusting crime that needs to be punished. Especially when they thought it was just some random easy target.

      Alright, that’s fair.

      For me I think it’s more that nothing about the official story makes sense. It seems much more likely he was being a shithead and got punched while shopping. What he was shopping for should be largely irrelevant.

      It’s similar to other conservative hypocrisies.
