Chicken schnitzel enjoyers: short of handcrafting your own, what do you reach for at the supermarket?

Tasman meats. I canât slice my chicken as thin and consistently as they do.

I used to buy from a chicken shop thigh sandwich schnitzel but they got too expensive, way too expensive.
When I have more time and headspace I might think about making my own one day.
For now the Aldi ones will do me.

Thanks! Which ones?

Chicken and cheese 1kg packs. Probably not the best but itâs affordable enough.

Why the premade ones? Schnitzels are pretty easy artisan yourself? Get better control of seasonings too.

Working within some limitations of my disability.

Ah dang, sorry. Had no idea. I am very prone to incorrect assumptions.

Itâs all good, I donât talk about it much

I make my own, but I have noticed that they sell premade ones at the butcher. They look pretty good, might be better and fresher than the supermarket ones?
