How is that a party theme? The 2000’s didn’t have any style.

I imagine a party theme being dominated by the music choice and decor. I wouldn’t know what to do for decor, but I’m itching for a 90s music list.

It absolutely had various styles just like any other decade. Skinny jeans and oversized basketball shorts. Low rise jeans and crop tops. Vans and silly bandz.

Dress like Ellen Feiss?

Peplum tops, low rise jeans, whale tails and studded belts.
Newsboy caps, pants under dresses, neckties as necklaces and uggs.
Clear lip gloss (or foundation as lip coverage), pink/purple eyeshadow and oversized D&G knockoffs with a comically over/undersized handbag.
Oh and “juicy” velour tracksuits in the tackiest color you can find.
It was inescapable hell 🫠

Think of it this way.
The 1950's was the "Rock and Roll" era.
The 1970's was 'Disco.'
The 2000's were 'the 2000s'
Bell bottoms and acid washed jeans lasted a few years, and I've been seeing guys with their pants below the butt for decades.
