  Aged water, thank you. Aging just makes some things better. Whiskey? Better with age. Cheese? Better with age. Prosciutto, beef, wine, pound cake, and pickles? All better with age.

  Mee too! Idk why, but the best water is ice water that’s been left on the counter for 4-12 hours. It’s just more refreshing

    Water reacts (slowly) with CO2 in the air and creates carbonic acid. Or something like that.
