Pet peeve: I loathe when people say âmen and femalesâ.
âMales and females/females and malesâ is fine.
âMen and women/women and menâ also fine.
âGuys, gals, and non-binary palsâ also fine, and it rhymes!
Females when using men in the same sentence is fucking gross and icky.

men have different X to females
I want to know who stole the missing bit from my Y chromosome.

I donât think it was stolen, itâs just sloppy workmanship. Some guy on the assembly line bunged everything together haphazardly, and at the end had an extra | left over and just shrugged and sent it out anyway. You should probably be grateful, some further down the assembly line got a whole bunch of extra Xâs when he decided to whack a bunch of those leftover |'s together to get rid of them.

Anytime I hear a guy say females out of context I think of the ferengi.
I use female a bit when discussing anatomy, but thatâs the correct use imo. Eg, the female pelvis has a bigger hole in the floor for child birth, which is probably true of most mammals that have vaginal births.

I now feel the need to look up hyaena pelvis because of the not vaginal thing âŠ
