Definitely not for all players. Depending on implementation, I could like this, but it needs to be almost like a mini tutorial to get you back in. Not a grind.

I’m interested but not especially optimistic. Depends on who is actually making the game, I believe they know tabletop games well, but that doesn’t necessarily translate to a CRPG.
Random aside, but the article says Marisha Ray voiced Jaina Proudmoore, but it was really Laura Bailey.

Don’t mean to clutter the thread but it sounds like option 3 is the best user experience. Hyper privacy focused users are probably more likely to make their own instance or use another smaller one.
