I switched from a French immersion to an English school in grade 3, so pretty much coasted French class until one day we were doing some exercise where we would say our names. Friends name is Green and he read it out as Verde. The teacher was ecstatic, praising him for a job well done. Of course I knew this was incorrect that you don’t translate proper names and kept trying to correct them. I argued so vehemently that I got suspended for the day. Still hate French to this day.

You still need to wipe after using a bidet. Whether you’re wiping water off your butt or poop, I highly doubt in either case anyone is using that towel on their face afterwards, so it’s moot. You’re either keeping poo towels or you’re wiping with paper that gets flushed with the poo. If you think the former is more developed then so be it, but my diet doesn’t necessitate power washing my asshole after pooping and keeping poo towels is a non-starter for me.

The fact that vape companies seem to make their disposable offerings the only ones with the ‘good’ experience, while their reusable items are objectively inferior is a crime against environment.

Decided to give cs2 a shot, probably haven’t played CS since shortly after csgo was released. Community seems worse, but do those reflexes kick back in even when you’re an old man, and hearing the laments from young people as you mop the floor with them is an unexpected joy.

As long as there is some ‘I’ in it, it’s better than what we have now.

Dysmantle, great little indie game I played on PC back in EA but now enjoying the final product on PS5 as it was included in PS Extra
You smash the environment and zombies to level up and find parts to build new weapons and tools. The game is a bit wonky but the satisfaction of getting that new weapon to be able to break down larger objects is addicting. Will set you back 20+ hours at least.
