Don’t forget the inevitable zoomies that preclude the eating of the evil water snake. Seriously, I have to put up my dog every time I wash my car, and she whines the whole time.

Hey, hey, hey: Mushrooms before acid (although honestly trying to make friends wihh shared interests is probably the best idea).

Problems arise when you have a dog that would greatly prefer the hose to the peanut butter.

Then maybe Harris and her team should have listened to some feedback about their widely unpopular stance that seemed to somewhat equate them with the Republicans during an election which they absolutely couldn’t afford to be seen as remotely similar to republicans.
- Comment on fuck this asshole 3 weeks ago:
It would be in theory, but mostly it’s just spread around as how any protest against Israel cost the democrats the US election (despite how it was considered widely unpopular to support Israel’s genocide by most democrats).

Yeah, NC here, so the only place where prices are higher really is in the mountains. Plenty of newer hardtails used around $400-500, my new to me carbon is 10 years old, but I’m not planning to use it for anything strenuous so I feel fine about it (newer full suspension carbon frames are closer to $1k usually, but they are closer to top of the line).

Thanks for the post, got in time!

I mean, I got used carbon full suspension mountain bike for $500 used a few months ago, there are plenty of decent hardtail bikes lightly used for $400-500 in my area.
- Comment on Murica 4 weeks ago:
Some are actually decent from Walmart now, specifically their Ozark trail lineup. Basically the current CEO is really into trail riding, so they sell mountain bikes that are actually good for $400.

Sounds like a plan. Even if we’re not getting the true taste, it should be considered true because it’s that good.
- Comment on cilanto 🌿 5 weeks ago:
Yeah, it’s used in a lot of different cultures’ foods. Like it you eat Indian or Vietnamese food, theres a decent chance it could be there, not just Mexican, which is what I think a lot of people think of when cilantro is used in cooking.
- Comment on cilanto 🌿 5 weeks ago:
That sucks. I just made some enchiladas with diced cilantro stem last night (more flavor in the stem). Don’t feel bad, I’m sure they don’t mind when they realise it tastes bad to you. Now I’m just sad you don’t get to enjoy the true taste of cilantro.

Because it’s trolls more often than not.

More the barefoot shoes, like vivo barefoot and whitin. Just know, if you are doing a ton of walking without conditioning and/or streching, you are gonna get hurt. So the alternative is zero drop shoes, like Altra.

- Comment on When Denny's is closing 150 locations by the end of 2025 [Day 2 months ago:
Depends on the location. A lot of them just have a cop car in the parking lot, or the cops will eat in late. I wish they paid their staff more, but it’s really hard to beat their prices.

I’m from the south and have been to a quite a few of those states (and the ones I haven’t been to, their reputation precedes them). I say this because I wouldn’t really recommend visiting them. Georgia is a pretty good example, as most of the state kinda sucks, outside of Atlanta and maybe Savanna. A lot of these states are just really poor, and it drastically affects their living standards and the people who live there. They might not be a complete monolithic block, but they’re similar more often than not.
- Comment on Rainbolt never misses 2 months ago:
It’s generally not as bad as Mississippi, and it’s forgotten more often. Similar with Louisiana, but more issues with weather and water there.
- Comment on Rainbolt never misses 2 months ago:
Yep. Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and most of Georgia (Atlanta is pretty different, thus is better).

Plus since they are the figurehead of the party, if they are lackluster in their proof it could affect downstream elections.

It’s mostly written for to attract nerds who liked Harry Potter. Hp fanfic can be all over the place, but HPMOR was one of the better ones. Hope it helps!

I’ve heard from some of the people I recommend it to that they didn’t like it, so it’s very much a ymmv thing. I remember it because it actually made me question my religion with some of the points discussed, which got the ball rolling towards becoming an atheist.
