I had a friend during nurse training who divorced at 50, thought she was never going to be in another relationship, then met someone with whom she was happier than she ever imagined.
It’s definitely possible.
People can get married to the right person in their 20s or 30s, change into different people, split up and find that someone else is now the right person.
You also get access to a much larger widow/widower market once you pass 50…

That’s a shit joke. Racial essentialism just ain’t funny, and the context is kinda irrelevant.
- Comment on What can I do daily to improve my on-the-spot cognitive abilities? 3 months ago:
Reflective practice. You need to actually carry out all the actions needed for a scenario, then afterwards go back over how it went and plan for improvement.
That’s how we do it in hospitals, except the scenarios are real.

There have been a few changes, but it is mostly the same I think.
Out of interest, what wasn’t as good?

The Bandcamp sale is hopefully good news. Songtradr looks like they’re just in the music business and don’t (front their Wikipedia page) have any obviously dodgy investors.

There are no mentions of significant adverse events due to the decline in frequency of monitoring, so this is a good kind of warning and exactly what inspections are for.

(Yes, we should)
