Sounds like it was Big Ambitions

Also how many of those are on actual arable land. I’ve seen animal fields add solar not sure how many actually usable fields are being converted.

Wow thanks Jon. I’d just finished making a lasagne and now it’s disappeared. Kids are crying, nice one

- Comment on Ulez expansion led to significant drop in air pollutants in London, report finds 4 months ago:
Whenever I’m in London I’m shocked by how many people are driving about. It must be so miserable doing that everyday, especially when the public transportation is so good.
- Comment on Cutting the ‘green crap’ has added £22bn to UK energy bills since 2015 5 months ago:
And also the 40 odd years of “DIY” bodge jobs holding it all together
- Comment on Mr Bates vs Post Office drama lost £1m, ITV boss says 7 months ago:
ITV seem to be so mismanaged. I know money is tight in TV these days but they should at least be breaking even on their big shows.
In my opinion they only occasionally have good shows like this and the rest is a bit crap. Plus ITV X (or whatever it’s called this month) is the worst streaming service app I have ever tried to use.

LETS FUCKING GOOO.
I try not to get too hyped about new game releases because well a lot tend to be bad, but I loved the first game and hope this is better.

- Comment on Every new school being built in England is in unsafe air pollution area, study says 8 months ago:
Even if you build a school in an area of low pollution, the number of parents I see leaving their car idling whilst dropping off their kids is mind blowing.
- Comment on Trans youth will no longer be prescribed puberty blockers, NHS England says 9 months ago:
There’s always been that undercurrent of hate. The first few comments on any immigration story was enough to see that.
But yeah, I think the demographic did shift a bit in the last year or so
- Comment on One day 👏 9 months ago:
There’s kbin, but even without that, it’s nice to know that a new app can come along and straight away join in the existing “ecosystem” with all its content and users.
- Comment on What's your favorite game that you will NEVER finish? 11 months ago:
I don’t think the dialog was that bad, not great but passable. I guess I looked past a lot of issues, performance, combat, because I just wanted to keep exploring the world.
- Comment on What's your favorite game that you will NEVER finish? 11 months ago:
Not my absolute favourite game, but one that I loved is Kingdom Come: Deliverance. But I just don’t have the time to invest into relearning the combat system anymore. Which is a shame because I think the world it creates is amazing and you can get a bit lost in it.
- Comment on UK use of gas and coal for electricity at lowest since 1957, figures show 11 months ago:
From the article
Electricity demand has tumbled by 22% since its peak in 2005, according to the data, as part of a long-term trend driven by more energy efficient homes and appliances as well as a decline in the UK’s manufacturing sector.
- Comment on [Steam] Which lesser known games have you bought or are planning to buy in this sale? 11 months ago:
I picked up Sociable Soccer for the steam deck as I just wanted a simple football game and FIFA doesn’t really work. Pretty good game, the controls can be a bit weird at times but enjoying it for the easy pickup and play style.
- Comment on Penny Mordaunt says Boris Johnson's Covid WhatsApp messages went missing 11 months ago:
Whether you actual believe the messages going “missing” was an accident or not, this COVID inquiry has shown that there needs to be a proper review of how our MPs communicate.
I don’t have a solution but we need a better solution than an app owned by Meta where messages can just disappear.
- Comment on Disbelief at plan to fix London potholes as part of Network North project 11 months ago:
This has to be a joke right? They’ve decided “fuck it, we’re going to lose anyway” and are no just seeing how much nonsense the public will take.

- Comment on Concerns as China welcomes David Cameron’s return as foreign secretary 1 year ago:
Whatever your personal opinions on China, it’s not a great look for a party who have tried to position themselves as “tough on China” to then have China “welcome” their new foreign secretary.
- Comment on Rockstar Plans to Announce Much Anticipated ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’ 1 year ago:
