I’m my community a couple of years ago some middle aged guy assaulted a teen who was riding his Surron (non peddle ebike/motorcycle) in the park. Was he speeding? Probably, but that doesn’t excuse what that twat did. For the most part kids on these types of bikes aren’t the problem.
Our real problem has been pre teens on 110cc dirt bikes. They ride in groups and have been literally terrorizing people. I talked to one lady who had to put her horse down when they scared it and caused it to break a leg. Then the laughed at her and rode off. The police can’t catch them, though they’ve tried, but not that hard since they could actually do some simple detective work if they wanted to

This is the dumbest thing I’ve seen in a while. Criminal court is for poor people. Rich people don’t go to court for traffic tickets. They hire a lawyer who’s the son in law of a judge and work out a fine and never see the inside of a court room. How naive are you?

I still don’t understand why police sketch artists are a thing when back in the mid 2000’s I made a golfer in Tiger Woods 2005 that looked just like me. The GameFace II software in that game was so easy to make a face that looked like whatever you wanted. Best face manipulation software I’ve seen before or since.
So why don’t police just have that game around to have witnesses make a model of whoever they saw?
