Although, this is a great thing, I personally think it should be for everyone. Overtime is overtime no matter how much you make. I guess better than nothing.

And that’s why I don’t have health insurance. I don’t know if I should be scared or proud of this 😂

I don’t really care about any of that, I just hate how huge the console is.

You’re assuming that all of their employees are full time employees.

Fuck them and fuck their bullshit. They’re just assholes who want everything for themselves.

I had a similar argument the other day with some capitalist asshole I know. He kept saying “do you want your fries at McDonald’s to be $30?”. Did the math for him and showed him that if McDonalds gave every single employee of theirs $5 raise, it’ll cost them ~ $250mil, and their profit for the year was $6b. He didn’t say a single word after that.

And that’s ok. Don’t let it bother you. Not your computer. It literally has zero effect one me. It does get frustrating at times when things just break out of nowhere and I wish it were Linux because I know more about it and I can fix it faster, but oh well, I guess I’m learning another OS to add to my resume.
- Comment on Thombert, Inc. strike continues 1 year ago:
I love seeing this. We need more. A general country wide strike would definitely set everyone straight.

Only time I use windows and anything microsoft is at work, and there I don’t care what they do, not my computer. I’m very thankful for Linux and the open source community in general.

I can count my installed AUR programs on my fingers.
- Comment on My least favorite thing about Flatpak 1 year ago:
I use xfs since it is the only one that I have zero issues with. Also, I don’t need flatpaks (rarely do), the AUR basically has everything I personally need.
- Comment on My least favorite thing about Flatpak 1 year ago:
That’s why I don’t use them. I love the idea, don’t get me wrong, but seeing all these gigabytes being taken away from me hurts. lol
- Comment on Private equity has its sights on the NHS – and with it our faith in public services altogether 1 year ago:
Absolutely. Expensive campaigns made Trump look amazing to a lot of people, and some are even willing to die for him.
- Comment on Private equity has its sights on the NHS – and with it our faith in public services altogether 1 year ago:
Yeah, shareholders and social services don’t get along well and never will. The blackholes want returns on their investments, and those returns have to be incremental, you have to make more profit every quarter. CEOs will start squeezing every last penny out of people and the government until the healthcare system becomes a shell of itself and only available for those rich ones. We are living it here in the states. Social services like these can never work with capitalism and its profits.
- Comment on Private equity has its sights on the NHS – and with it our faith in public services altogether 1 year ago:
Yeah, this sounds ridiculous. So basically grab as much cash as possible on your way out? It always baffles me as to why and who votes for people like these? People who clearly work so hard against their own citizens.
- Comment on Private equity has its sights on the NHS – and with it our faith in public services altogether 1 year ago:
Of course, some will believe that the pig is pretty because of the lipstick, but the others need to work more to show them otherwise.
- Comment on Private equity has its sights on the NHS – and with it our faith in public services altogether 1 year ago:
Y’all are doomed if this shit happens. We have it here in the states and it ain’t fucking fun. People die because they can’t afford to visit the Dr. Others just go bankrupt. Fight this shit tooth and nail.

The louder the engine, the smaller the dick. I wish the same would happen here in the US. Those fuckers have self-esteem issues.

Another reason not to have a dog. Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs a lot, but I just can’t have one.

Easy. It’s all about religion. Not that Republican politicians care about religion, their voters do. So, politicians do what their religious voters want. Banning abortion is one of them.
