Idk, I just heard those verses from someone and always thought it was not allowed lol, there is definitely more nuance though, it’s not really a direct contradiction but eh i am too lazy to think about the reason, you shouldn’t be drinking at all anyway imho, it’s literally poison, there are other ways to ‘have fun’

Unrelated but what kind of ‘plan’ did you buy, you don’t need anything, I have lost all the weight I wanted and didn’t pay a single dime for anything other than gym fees and a protein shake I bought only once when my cut got a bit more aggressive
As for progression, just make a list of exercises with sets and reps on your notes app and then update it every-time you hit the same lift again
If you want one to follow then its fine, but a lot from what I can tell is garbage, the only way to lose muscle is a caloric deficit, if you realize that and how to track your macros you will have a much better time

Especially when you are just getting started, because you lose like 2kgs in a a week and then plateau, and nothing works unless you really try optimizing your diet and activity and start accurately tracking calories and judging how much you eat, which takes practice, probably not an issue if you are extremely overweight but for someone like me who was at the BMI of 26 with very low muscle, you really need to optimize, especially as you start slimming down, it took me 8months to lose 16kgs, now I am pretty sure I could do it in 3 months

AFAIK airbus never publicly mentioned about any issues with boeing planes (787 had a lot of problems as well) when talking about their planes, I could be wrong tho
