There’s no limit on .world, but I’d be cautious. There are so many empty communities that it might be better to acquire one than making a bunch of new ones.

We have a similar sign at my work and everyday I think about bringing a marker into the stall and writing “what am I supposed to do with my poop?”

Why do kids, who mainly get their news from Tik Tok, not get mad?
Maybe look at who controls the algorithms
- Comment on Why is a two-party system considered democratic? 1 week ago:
As I’ve always said… do the coalitions for a party or do the parties for a coalition?
End of the day, what’s the difference?
- Comment on What was the 'bear vs man' controversy? 1 week ago:
The person you’re responding to entirely missed the point and the accusation of misandry is misguided

How else are they going to complain when their shit gets mass deleted?
- Comment on Not that I would. But could I go up to the capital building and do the exact same thing Jan 6th morons did down to a T? Since Trump pardoned them, or does it apply for a few while the rest are screwed 2 weeks ago:
You’d be hard-pressed to interrupt election certifications in March
- Comment on TIL there's appliances to help with waffle stomping, Thanks Google 2 weeks ago:
I literally cant tell if this is edited, if Google is being dumb, or if people 200 years ago really used the term.
- Comment on How do you think smartphone manufacturers will comply with EU's replaceable battery regulation? 2 weeks ago:
If your battery is replaceable, there will be cheaper 3rd party options.

What would you do with the information?
Like, if the ratio is 1:3 or 1:30, how would that change your life?
It comes across as “hi, I want to know if shit is stressful so I can call out if it’s bad”.

- Comment on Suddenly I'm not allowed to do something I've been doing professionally for 18 months now. Is this something that benefits me? 3 weeks ago:
Is this the US? There’s no requirement afaik, unless your employer has a policy in place requiring a specific certification
- Comment on Why does it seem like many Americans have an arrogant personality trait? 3 weeks ago:

Conspicuous consumption doesn’t really hold in this case because the alternative is around the same price.
I’d also question any claim about the dating partner. Maybe a study said it has an impact, but I doubt it’s a strong impact on evaluation of a potential partner. By all means, I’d love to see the source for that
- Comment on Why have an adversarial legal system? 5 weeks ago:
Because the two sides are biased and each have their own opinions and you need a less biased 3rd party to decide?
- Comment on How is the Stock Market keeping it's value after *points to everything*? 5 weeks ago:
I’ll agree with what others are saying about speculation but I’ll add a few points…
Meme investing. People just buy shit now. You can download Robinhood or any other free app and buy something you read about because you feel like it. That’s a lot different than traditional stock valuation. And in some cases (GameStop?) the public can have such force that it massively overwhelms traditional stock valuation
The other point is that businesses will still function. Will it suck to have a 20+% tariff? Yes. Will in end a massive global corporation? No.
