If these developers want to make billions and billions of dollars on slop micro transactions and loot boxes, they can figure out how to detect these things and run more of their infrastructure server side.

Might be more helpful for people with specific conditions. Off the top of my head i’m thinking Bell Clapper Defomity and Varicoceles. But even those cases, I’d think you would just…wear a jockstrap? Generally a good idea for intense physical activity, too, for everyone that has testes.
