No, iirc the guy near the phones is the father of the kid that the guy in red raped. Spoiler: dad decks the chomo, who is being escorted to trial

Lots of good YouTube and other resources on how to do this. Joshua Weissman and Jeremy Ethier have some good starter videos. I think Bobby Parrish has some series on cheap and healthy options as well as an app. It is doable it just takes a little bit of research and planning.

Fun take but considering how they treat their fans I wouldn’t give them that award.

If Crimson Desert is akin to a modern Skyrim, Tainted Grail Fall of Avalon would be akin to a modern Oblivion. Very unique quests and characters. You do have somewhat of a main quest requirement but it’s not required that you do it first or all at once.

I like this meme, it’s been around for a minute. Just seemed like it could be a reference a song. I’m also the kind of person that this makes fun of lol

Is this referencing song lyrics or some pop culture thing?

I thought this was satire by how it presented until I realized where I was. The posts haven’t started today I get a full political intake elsewhere and the community trying to jam additional toxins into my feed is not healthy for me and I’m sure a lot of other users. I’m probably gonna wind up unfollowing this community due to them, blocking users and keywords just can’t keep up. Lemmings will talk about wooing increased involvement and then drive it away or replace it via politics, even when there’s already clear communities for that kind of stuff.

I don’t know whether to upvote this or not. On one hand, I know plenty of great and amazing games. On the other hand, plenty of slop is being created or forced into existing games.

Reference tactical belts in general, there’s typically an inner belt that fits inside belt loops, then a bigger outer belt that Velcroes onto the inner belt. The outer belt is what you attach gear to, and keepers are required partially because the belt loops of the gear obstruct the Velcro, weakening the connection. As to why you don’t just throw all that stuff on the inner belt, I think it’s a question of ergonomics and space required. Not 100% on that one

If you’re talking about the things just left of the handcuff case, those are little webbing loops that snap closed and keep the outer belt secured to the inner belt

Had no major issues with Steam games so far on Linux mint, but I like owning my games, so I buy as much as I can from GOG, and Lutris and Heroic both have not given me exactly easy experiences :L

Try not to use soap if possible, it can get into the iron since it’s porous and become a part of the “seasoning”. Same goes for mortar and pestle care

I picked up uke super fast, much easier than guitar since it’s only got 4 strings and they’re often nylon or whatever and not metal.

- Comment on Why are American cops allowed to be morbidly obese? 1 year ago:
Heard from a local cop that it had something to do with the union. If the department wants to implement a standard the union would require something or other. Something about an incentive? I didn’t get the whole picture obviously. I know police need unions in case somebody sues them but does seem kind of dumb that it’s so difficult to enforce a physical standard.
- Comment on Why is having a lawyer present during police interviews "opt in" rather than "opt out"? 1 year ago:
Came here to say this. There’s even been movements like you find in the book Rebooting Justice to try and essentially digitize menial legal matters so that lawyers just have to put the finishing touches on them. I wonder how involved AI will get in the next 5-10 years.
Also 2nd the point on choosing not to exercise certain rights. You have the right to free speech but you may not feel like talking, etc
