- Comment on Is it expected to tip for furniture deliveries? 1 week ago:
I find this difference interesting, in the UK if someone has a home delivery it’s into your home, not left at the kerb.
- Comment on How do you officially pronounce a possessive like: " Travis' "? 2 weeks ago:
The UK. Style guides say to be guided by pronunciation, not just always bang 's on the end
- Comment on How do you officially pronounce a possessive like: " Travis' "? 2 weeks ago:
Unless you’re in other countries, not the usa
- Comment on I'm homeless after making and losing £1,000,000 and having a hit film 1 month ago:
I took him and his cat water during a very very hot summer, saw them on my way back to college during my lunch break, all before the fame too. He seemed ok at the time but that may be because I was giving him something he probably needed.

- Comment on How can I improve my handwriting? 4 months ago:
Honestly, slow down the writing and just keep practicing.

What exactly is your question?
- Comment on Almost a third of household smart meters not working properly, says Citizens Advice 5 months ago:
I ditched the screen that came with mine about a month into having it. It was pretty rubbish and the information it gave rather useless.
- Comment on Gender-specific toilets to be required in non-residential buildings in England 6 months ago:
I find this funny because the government buildings I’ve been in all had gender specific toilets made universal instead. Apparently they can’t make their minds up
- Comment on England's schools crisis: Missing teachers, leaky roofs, and budgets crunched 7 months ago:
Officially it’s roofs. Rooves is the old ‘traditional’ but outdated spelling.
- Comment on Really? 8 months ago:
I’m confused, what’s infuriating? It looks like they’re showing you the back so you can see how it hangs.
- Comment on The Body Shop to shut nearly half of its UK stores 8 months ago:
I have rosacea and some of the only products I found I could use for ages came from TBS, but one was usually out of stock in store and I ended up finding something else. Added to that prices keep increasing and they’ve changed the recipe to some products. It all adds up to lower interest.
- Comment on HMRC has seen a 50% drop in investigations into wealthy tax evaders 8 months ago:
I’m not surprised. Anyone who has to interact with HMRC regularly knows they don’t have nearly enough staff and they are so behind it’s untrue. They likely don’t have the manpower to do investigations.
- Comment on Is there somewhere adults can speak to someone in times of crisis? 10 months ago:
There’s a website called 7 cups of tea which is what I think you might be thinking of www.7cups.com/community/
- Comment on People who order "a decaff coffee with an extra shot" - why? 10 months ago:
They usually charge for the extra shot
- Comment on No excuse for shoplifting because UK's benefits system is very generous, policing minister says 10 months ago:
I’ve had clients cry on the phone to me because their benefits wouldn’t be enough to live on. This minister knows nothing.
- Comment on The fashion industry is still pushing crazy thin body images 11 months ago:
The guy doesn’t look much better, just drowned in a suit

Looking at other photos though Prada seem to prefer models this skinny
- Comment on Disabled people must work from home to do ‘their duty’, says UK minister 11 months ago:
I sometimes wonder if our ministers have been replaced by soulless void creatures
- Comment on Nitrous oxide: Laughing gas possession becomes illegal 1 year ago:
This won’t stop people though, just criminalise them.
- Comment on How do I get informed on Joe Rogan without watching his videos. 1 year ago:
Thankyou for those that gave constructive answers and didn’t assume anything about my relationship
- Comment on How do I get informed on Joe Rogan without watching his videos. 1 year ago:
At what point have I dictated his viewing? I’m guessing you’re not in a relationship, because it’s clear you are actually the one with a lot to learn.

- Comment on Paramedics not sent to a third of 999 ambulance calls in parts of England 1 year ago:
My friend had reacted very badly to chemo, and the nurse was worried about him once she came in to see him.
- Comment on Paramedics not sent to a third of 999 ambulance calls in parts of England 1 year ago:
I feel this article. My friend had missed chemo and his nurse was on my doorstep telling me to call an ambulance. Even though she was telling me he needed one, they refused to send one.

- Comment on Starfield players pirate the DLSS mod after the developer locks it behind paywall 1 year ago:
God forbid someone make money from the things they put time into!
- Comment on How did people refer to clockwise movement before the invention of the clock? 1 year ago:
I have one of these, it was a gag gift from a friend. I’ve had it up so long now though I have to double check which clock in looking at before I tell the time because I’ve got so used to it
