- Comment on Flock said they were only using the cameras for license plates. Cat is out of the bag now. 5 days ago:
Actually I am sure. It is definitely bird poop. No case here we can move on
- Comment on Stop Killing Games has joined a lawsuit against Sony's move to digital-only sales: 'You won't have any choice at all' 1 week ago:
Only correction I have is that soney already decides when your game stops working. What we need isn’t physical media, it’s DRM free media
- Comment on Capital of Estonia after a visit from Swedish football fans 2 weeks ago:
If it was an American, it would almost definitely say “soccer” somewhere
- Comment on Only boomers can use this bench. Meanwhile, they're trying to get rid of their own property taxes. 2 weeks ago:
How about put the bench there, and then if people are using it to the point the disabled and elderly can’t use it, add the sign. I get what your saying comparing it to handicapped parking, but IMO it’s a false equivalent. I’ve personally never seen a parking lot that was handicapped parking exclusively and people park there cars and can leave them there for hours as opposed to sitting on a bench for ~5-10 minutes at a bench and since you are physically present, you can get up of someone needs the spot more.

Or suggest they don’t spend money they don’t have on flock mass surveillance cameras
- Comment on 2 weeks ago:
Could be referring to setting up a pi-hole? That’s a more involded process and I believe would be necessary if you mainly use YouTube TV.
- Comment on The gaming industry is truly messed up… 2 weeks ago:
People should file chargebacks “Product not as described” hits them harder than refunds.

I think it’s much more effective to support them by giving 5 dollars to their Patreon or buy an item of their merch. (assuming they have either) from what I’ve heard, ad revenue is next to nothing.
- Comment on 2 weeks ago:
I haven’t heard much about them, but there are services like peertube, odysee, and kick. Personally I think popularizing grayjay is the first step towards dethroning YouTube since everything stays in one app it’s easier to follow anyone that switches.

Anything chromium (well manafest V3) needs uBlock Origin lite, otherwise it is just UBO
- Comment on Is this a rope hanging under a helicopter? 5 weeks ago:
If the helicopter is suspended in the air, it’s flying. To the right is simply a frame of reference, if I’m driving to the left then it appears as though the helicopter is going to the right, so the speed can be 0.

- Comment on YouTube Premium Lite 1 month ago:
I’d use lineage if I could, but they only support a year older modle of my phone
- Comment on YouTube Premium Lite 1 month ago:
The premium ads are selected based off of your habits to ensure their products that you’ll love. (In small text) if you go more than a week without purchasing one of these products there will be an additional charge
- Comment on Good offer! Which one should I pick? 1 month ago:
You are incorrect. Proton is a for profit company with non-profit as the majority shareholder. From the article
As the largest voting shareholder of Proton, no change of control can occur without the consent of the foundation
Proton seems to be more than happy to let people think they are now a non-profit though, which is what bothers me.
- Comment on Good offer! Which one should I pick? 1 month ago:
Well they are a for profit company
- Comment on Gaming industry right now 1 month ago:
I don’t but people have tested it
- Comment on Gaming industry right now 1 month ago:
At least in theory theres a California law that stops them. It’s not enforced but it exists.
- Comment on Gaming industry right now 1 month ago:
Not a physical limitations, but there is the real problem of operating system compatibility, they definitely should be able to make games more compatible though

- Comment on Space 2 months ago:
That does make since, but would the lower boiling temperature of water not cool you down at least for a while? It takes energy for water to convert from liquid to gas, and I imagine in space that energy would come from you.
- Comment on Shirley, you can't be serious 2 months ago:
That depends on their species. Isn’t it black crazy ants that can have males genetically unrelated to the queen?
