I hate WhatsApp for no other reason than it’s a Facebook product.

Often but not always our credit union got rid of all in person tellers and now they just have a few people doing a tela teller

- Comment on Meal Replacement Drink Suggestions? 4 weeks ago:
My mom has almost entirely stopped eating food, but she drinks slim fast chocolate drink about 3 times a day, yes it’s supposed to be a diet aide but it’s really just a nutrition drink. She uses milk to mix it, and I think now she’s adding protein powder to it. I didn’t really know what it tastes like but she likes it she uses the powder version though

- Comment on the Home Alone house then and now 5 weeks ago:
That’s actually such a sad situation. You have to pay someone to decorate your home how they think is appropriate, instead of you doing it yourself to your own taste.
- Comment on the Home Alone house then and now 5 weeks ago:
Now to me it would not be comfortable to live there at all because it would be like living it up surgical suite. I want a place I live to actually look like I’m living in it
- Comment on the Home Alone house then and now 5 weeks ago:
How does it look cluttered when there’s nothing cluttering the surfaces? Cluttered to me is the coffee tables running over with unopened mail and cups and glasses and tons of shoes in the hallway, that kind of stuff is what cluttered is. Not highly decorated.

See I don’t get this, you can’t look at something that’s not beige and imagine it some other way? Have people lost the ability to have imaginations now?
- Comment on the Home Alone house then and now 5 weeks ago:
I don’t understand this mindset of changing your house to the most boring plain thing because people have no imagination if your house has color in it already. Can people not walk into a space and look into their brain and imagine it different colors?
- Comment on the Home Alone house then and now 5 weeks ago:
What a bizarre way to think, that just because you have wood floors it’s unclean? That is mind-boggling that people actually think that
- Comment on the Home Alone house then and now 5 weeks ago:
People in developing countries don’t hate color, I swear the classism has to be part of it. Go to almost any place in South America and it is so colorful. Go to Africa everything’s full of color, and I’m sure that goes for a lot of other countries. But any country that is supposedly wealthier has gotten super boring.

Thank you for your response. I was raised “Christian (Methodist really but in the first Christian Church)” until I was about 8 or 9, but my grandfather was an atheist. So I grew up with a very different idea of what churches should and should not be able to tell people what to do

Do any of these keyboards people are suggesting have the voice to text button available? I use the voice to text about 90% of the time when I’m typing anything because it hurts my hands to use the keyboard. That’s why I can’t really use duck duck go because they don’t have a voice to text option

Most of us are not being compliant because we want to be . Most of us are barely surviving and if we fight the system we lose everything. Or housing, our jobs, food, and families
- Comment on American workers are tired of waiting. 3 months ago:
It’s not inefficient, they check that you are a citizen before it’s even time to vote You don’t need to prove anything at the voting location generally. Because how much of a hassle would it be if you had to prove you’re a citizen the day you go to vote? Can you imagine how long that would take? It’s like pre-registering for anything.
- Comment on American workers are tired of waiting. 3 months ago:
WE ALREADY HAVE TO HAVE ID TO VOTE, what do you think voter registration is? In every single state you have to, get this, register to vote. You don’t just walk into a polling station and just say give me a ballot. No they certify your citizenship BEFOREHAND. THAT’S WHY PEOPLE ARE ON THE VOTER ROLLS TO BEGIN WITH!

I don’t have any other subscriptions. Literally prime the only one I have. I don’t pay for Disney or Hulu because it is included in my Xfinity but we don’t pay for anything else

What? I don’t understand what you’re asking. Six or seven of us share one Amazon account.

Well you were saying to use AliExpress instead of Amazon in order not to feed the billionaires basically is what I inferred from your comment.

You don’t think aliexpress is ran by billionaires?

Don’t you know you’re supposed to make your own rope from cotton that you’ve grown, and make your own mop with wood that you harvested from your backyard?
- Comment on It's unacceptable that people like Jeff Bezos exist. 3 months ago:
Yep The only way I have found a combat is to share subscriptions with people. Currently I am sharing my Amazon account with my mom (and my dad before he passed away) My spouse, my aunt, My best friend, her husband, and her sister. We all use the same login and we all trust each other enough not to use each other’s credit cards. So you have to be able to have that trust in someone but at least that means Amazon is not getting six separate prime membership payments. But unfortunately I do end up having to use them for my mom who lives in a rural area
- Comment on It's unacceptable that people like Jeff Bezos exist. 3 months ago:
In most places in rural America Walmart is the only place to shop at other than a grocery store. And sometimes they don’t even have a separate grocery store. People in large metropolitan areas seem to forget there’s a whole lot of America that’s rural and nothing else is available there.
- Comment on It's unacceptable that people like Jeff Bezos exist. 3 months ago:
While I completely agree with you and I try not to use either company, lot of people who live in rural America do not have a choice. My parent well used to be parents before my dad died, does not drive and doesn’t always have someone to get deliveries for her elsewhere. Even so The only place to shop in the area she lives is Walmart. There is no other place except for grocery stores. So where do you suggest those people shop other than Amazon and Walmart? Personally I live in a place where I can go to Costco and that’s where I get most of my items but for things that are unable to be bought at Costco (for example a rare size screw but I need for a mechanical part) can sometimes only be bought at Amazon.
