We aren’t talking about being fancy or stylish.
We are talking about people dressing poorly. Sure if you want to wear gym clothes at the gym or walking around fine. Additionally I haven’t got issues with tradies getting a sandwich on a lunch break but they shouldn’t be wearing that to a sit down dinner on a date after work.

Mental take. Humans are fundamentaly are pack animals that are built for connection and community.
The most important thing about being human is working with others. Caring about what others think of you and you caring about them is of vital importance.

People overly hate capitalism. Almost no person in the entire world is for completely free market capitalism.
Capitalism works to increase efficiency and distribute resources effectively.
The issue is politics. Politics is broken not capitalism.

I’m so glad I’m not short. Short guys just get shit on so much. Been at parties where someone just out of nowhere says “You’d be hot if you wasn’t short”. Like imagine that for anything else “you’d be hot if you wasn’t black”. “You’d be hot if you wasn’t in a wheelchair” just getting shit on for genetics.
Same girls also cry murder if somebody says something about a fat girl, which is in their control.

You’re assuming people have those things.
Some people genuinely do not care about anyone but the set and maybe their family. They aren’t going to put care and effort into the community.
Your stats are wrong. Its not about the amount of people that can fill a particular role. Its about the amount of people what would be willing to do that.
Just because what .1% of Germans are volunteer fighter fighters. That doesnt mean 80% of everything can be done by volunteers all it shows is less than 1% of the population will volunteer

This is not everyone. These people are great but rare.
If there was a world full of people like this, life would be different but it isn’t. Most people suck.
Now in a time when there was homogeneous society and there was about 150 people you interacted people could be kept a lot more in check. But today no way.
Just today for example I called some guy scum and threw a plastic bag in his face because he took his dog to the beach and wouldn’t pick up his shit. I highly doubt that guy would do 40 hours of work for someone else if he didn’t have to. I had actually talked to him before that and he seemed positively pleasant.

Sometimes things just get horrifically cheap.
Could be pencils or shoes or lightbulbs or books a million one other things. Onetime they was rare and capitalism made them so common practically everyone into he world can have them.

Or you have a lot more demand responsive transport. Everyone gets on a mini bus in the suburbs and you all get dropped off at the stores or locations you want one by one.
