It's a matter of Consumer vs Corporate
In the consumer space, HP is the worst. In the corporate world, Xerox is the worst (iirc Xerox doesn't even make consumer grade printers)

It's a quirk of the way I send articles from the browser to Boost for posting, I usually edit it before posting, but sometimes I forget and sometimes I realize right after hitting the post button and edit it right away.
This one I edited right away, but your instance federation might not have caught up with it yet

Not for DDR3 lol
For 32GB (4x8gb) DDR3, even good, fast (for 3 anyways) and matched sticks you should not be paying more than like 40 bucks. 60 is a rip off

It has in some ways, it's awfully convenient that features that would harm their ability to spread their ideology get neutered or not developed fully. Like making the modlog less useful, neutering the vote system (Lemmy used to have a more robust voting system, until they noticed that it could be used against them) or still not having a proper blocking system in place after 4 years
There's also the "soft" issues, instance admins not wanting to take the step of defederating with .ml when they do so with grad and hex because they depend on support from dessalines and they fear he would be petty and cut off support with them if they dared to do so (which prob would)

PieFed is an alternative platform in the same social media category of Lemmy, "Forum and link aggregator".
It's younger, but is being rapidly developed, esp considering it's written in mostly python instead of Rust.
Biggest benefit though, is it doesn't come with toxic political ideologies attached like Lemmy does (https://lemmy.world/post/29072279)
Also why we're moving to more generic terms like "Threadiverse" instead of "Lemmy-verse"

I would say I hope they're preparing their resumes (for whoever is getting the top tier bracket (which I suspect probably wasn't all that many if any to begin with)) but even if they got just one months worth of salary that's...25 mil...yea they'll be fine

Seems you accidentally made the inner hole too big, just make it smaller with some duct tape and you should be good

woln't be reading about client side validated food from me.
I'll make an attempt to call their security department to disclose a security issue to them, but if they can't hear me through my mouth full of nuggies, that's their problem ¯\(ツ)/¯

I applaud Bob for having the inner fortitude to not just exploit them for infinite nuggies
My literal first thought was "got dammit, why didn't I try that" (I had assumed McD would have rolled out an app with proper server-side validation and never bothered)
I do not have the inner fortitude to not exploit a giant corpo for free nuggies LMAO
