I honestly never notice. My wife hates having clocks around, and neither of us are slaves to routine.

Because I sometimes get curious and find out who they are. Either americans are less privacy conscious, or most tankies are american college kids, often with some neuropsychological disability kids like to flaunt nowadays.

Fortunately yes, but it took a couple of years.

Mostly cringe american kids who confuse authoritarianism for socialism.

Like with many things, you’d have to be there. It’s OK to not understand things because you are too young to have experienced it at it’s peak of relevance. It doesn’t mean it’s bad.

It’s been steadily downward since the release of Server 2012 when they started shoehorning every damn feature into increasingly bad web-UIs. I Worked on Microsoft environments since Server 2003 and I fucking hate that companies still use their garbage.

Did he recover after his incredibly cringe self-own relationship move?
- Comment on "Being vegan is unnatural" 2 weeks ago:
“Natural” or “unnatural” isn’t a thing, unless you believe in ghosts. Same as “humans are meant/built/made to X”, unless you’re one of those delusional cultists who think some deity designed us all.
Whatever we do, it’s “natural” and can most often be found elsewhere in nature. There are ants that farm aphids for fuck’s sake and other animals that do even weirder shit.

Even better. Love walking in the rain and deep snow is just bonus exercise.
- Comment on Family of Australian aid worker killed in Gaza say Isaac Herzog still has questions to answer 3 weeks ago:
What questions? It’s pretty simple. Israel is a terrorist state founded by insane cultists with the goal of “reclaiming” a mythical fatherland and cleanse it from the unclean.

It’s not much of a demand. Do your guests usually struggle with basic physical activities, like bending over, or sitting on a stool/bench?
- Comment on Man posts his incorrect opinion online 4 weeks ago:
That smell is bacteria. Next time you buy shoes, buy two pairs and rotate between them. The shoes will last longer and your feet won’t smell as much. Another pro tip is wool socks. It doesn’t have to be 100% wool, and they don’t have to be thick and warm. Wools is naturally antibacterial and will not keep moisture trapped by your feet.

If your work involves using a computer all day, but you can’t be arsed to learn how to use it, I’m going to assume the rest of your output is incompetent too. I see this all day.

Winter: A nice merino wool base layer does wonders for keeping you warm.
Spring: Allergy vaccinations are a common thing now.
Summer: Long sleeve/leg linen clothing and a brimmed hat will keep you cool.
Autumn: Also my favourite season.
- Comment on Sam Altman’s make-or-break year: can the OpenAI CEO cash in his bet on the future? 1 month ago:
He’d have to be dumb as fuck to think LLMs will change the future in any meaningful way. It’s like saying chiropractics will change medicine forever. Dude’s a salesman like any other, he’s out to scam people and be a burden on society.

The effect of circadian rythm in mammals doesn’t really have the scientific evidence people think it does. Most people, even highly educated ones, are unwittingly creationists.
