Nope, you roll with iGPU.
I actually have the same igpu as is in 8700G in my laptop (ryzen 7840U), probably somewhat nerfed as it’s a mobile cpu. To be honest I did not expect that I will be playing Diablo 4 on it.
But sure, you can squeeze in a GPU if you cheap out on some other stuff or buy used parts. Like the laptop I mentioned above - used HP Elitebook for about €750. Hands down the cheapest a the best laptop I ever bought. And "unfortunately " far more gaming capable than I thought.

Hmm let’s see…
Mobo - some B650 - 100 EUR CPU - Ryzen 8700G - 250 EUR RAM - 16G - 200 EUR PSU + Case + Mouse + Keyboard - 150 EUR SSD 1 Tb 150 EUR
Total 850 EUR and you are left with 150-200 for games or hdd or rainbow cables if you are into that stuff.
Needless to say SSD and RAM prices suck.
Note: $1000 + 20% VAT is roughly 1050 EUR

However your options are much better when you’re building a PC with a $1000 budget.

That just sounds as they aren’t using it property or having way too high expectations of what it can do from all the hype around.
GenAI can definitely help and accelerate your work, but when it is used sensibly. If you let it do most of the work, it will generate so much crap that you will not have capacity to review nor shape it to a desired state.

Maybe it’s just me, but 2026 looks pretty dull for PC gaming.
- Comment on Do you preorder games? 2 months ago:
I did pretty much the same, but then Kerbal 2 happened. I had that game in wishlist for like 5 years and damn they played us dirty.

I have an idea for a game, I know how to code, but I’m clueless about gamedev. Hell yes I will use AI to help me with it. That is if I’ll find time for it, because it will be insane amount of work to have something playable.
Some people seem think that you write a couple of prompts and you can ship it as an early access game.

Probably games around year 2000. Not so much recycling back then.

Maybe it isn’t such a bad news. To get ppl hooked on any paid services, they need a good product first.
They can get lost with anything like Kerbal 2. That is if they relese something in pre-alpha state and ask $40 for it.
