  I don’t spend much money on clothing or media and save most of my paycheck.

  then why don’t you use some of those to travel? There are ways to travel less expensively. I had a phase like this when I was a college kid and I saved up the small scholarship (much less than an actual job) and travelled, which did something that depression meds couldn’t do then. ymmv though.

  Why is that a superstition? It is trivial to write a program to calculate corresponding ‘starsign’ of any particular date. It’s just a bad captcha and I don’t think most people remember/know enough to calculate in their head.

  Apart from usual ubo, reader mode and friends trained eyes are very effective content filter. We all can glance on a search result page or an article and immediately know if it’s content or low effort craps.

  Stay out of mainstream social media, stop consuming ‘feeds’. Stay in the realms of personal sites, blogs and sane link aggregators/rss to keep mental peace of not having to filter garbage with eyes everyday.
