It’s almost as if kernel level anti cheat is no match for heuristics and more secure game code.

Command wheels and mode shifts, my son. Those touchpads are extremely flexible, especially when combined with the back buttons.

With physical copies of games essentially being non-existent, there is absolutely no point in pre-ordering a game. Hold on to your money, and wait for reviews.

I’ve purchased many games at $40 or less over the past year that have given me hundred of hours of joy and entertainment.
If I spend almost twice that price on a game, and it’s unfinished, buggy, and heavily monetized; you can bet your ass I’m going to be upset.
It’s not about the cost of development. It’s about quality of the experience. For indie devs, the game has to be good to do well. For a lot of AAA studios, the game is merely a product that only has to be as entertaining as it needs to be for them to make enough profit.

I’ve seen another desperate option of hammering a screwdriver or a long punch through the can, and then twisting off with a pipe/cheater.

Tin snips would be a better option if you just absolutely can’t get it off.

Definitely. SmartTube is better designed for TVs , while ReVanced is better for touchscreens. Both integrate ad blocking, Sponsorblock, and a bunch of QoL features.

I feel like Goldstar leans more in the direction of plain chili, though it’s a bit watery IMO.

The spaghetti chili is really good; but it does not taste the way they just described it.

I’ve played with randoms many times. Most people have been good to play with. I highly recommend it.
- Comment on Valve is fixin' to start some arguments over the holidays because 'All adult members in a Steam Family' can see your Steam Replay page 3 months ago:
I think that’s store driven. I recall having to input my PIN on my Deck multiple times, but there was at least a few days between each purchase.
- Comment on What game surprised you with their length? 3 months ago:
It probably wouldn’t be too resource intensive to run it on an XP virtual machine. You’ll want a version that runs on its own, though (no game store launcher, drm, etc)
- Comment on What game surprised you with their length? 3 months ago:
Dragon Age: Origins. The base game was easily 80+ hours of interesting story and game play. Each DLC added 20-40 hrs a piece. I used to play it a ton.
I don’t recommend giving money to EA, though. They have properly shit all over the sequels.

Considering I’ve been playing HD2 all year and I’m still loving it, my vote is for HD2. They did a fantastic job on the recent balance overhaul (dubbed “the great Buffening”).

I always try to keep my reviews constructive for small devs. So far, they’ve always appreciated the detailed feedback. I’ve had a few where I completely changed my reviews after they fixed my complaints and let me know about the update.

Conjecture is not documentation.

That’s what I’m seeing, unless a documented source eventually shows up.

Allegiant and Frontier don’t, unless you want to pay extra to pick your seat. Some will cost more than others.
