Who knows?
Unless a piece of software is open source, you cannot know.

I switched a couple of months ago, from SwiftKey. Had been using that for ever, long before Microsoft bought it.
NGL, the transition was a bit rough, and the first month my error rate spiked. All good now though, plus Futo has a bunch of super useful features SK never had. Overall, very happy.

😭
I usually do, I promise. ANyways, that was 6 years ago. We’re stil going strong, making the most of life in this universe :)
- Comment on Multiverse 3 weeks ago:
Sorry, I should have gone more into the actual belief. For more it was less of an “if I make a decision that leads to my death in this universe, there surely is a parallel universe where I did not!”, it was “if I die in this universe, thanks to an infinite multiverse, there must be one where I spontaneously star exisitng with all my exact memories from the previous life”.
- Comment on Multiverse 3 weeks ago:
Oof that reminds me…
When my partner and I had already been living together for a while, we had one of those “cuddle on the couch and deeptalk” days, when she confided that, while she was not religious in any traditional sense of the word, she felt immensely comforted by the thought of an infinite multiverse existing.
“If there’s an infinite amount of parallel worlds, then I choose to believe that even if I die here, life goes on in another world, so in a sense my being and existence do not simply vanish completely. Same for you! And hey, even if we both die, we’ll get to continue living together in some version of the infinite multiverse!”It was clearly a thought that comforted her a lot, and at the same time a rather intimate belief that she chose to share with me. So, like the idiot I am, I stared her in the face blankly and went “There’s an infinite amount of numbers between 0 and 1, and none of them are 2”.
I really regret that. She let me know later that that one sentence shattered the belief for her. Which is sad, because it’s such an innocent thought. There’s no religious behaviors or conditions or rituals attached to it, it’s just comforting.
- Comment on May not be the right place but here it goes. One of my brothers passes or get extremely tired if he sees porn. Even a sex scene in a movie he has to go lay down. Is there something wrong with him? 4 weeks ago:
- has a dick so utterly ginormous that even the slightest bit of arousal drains a sufficient amount of blood from his system to make him pass out
- Comment on Now freeze and deep fry them 1 month ago:
Hi. I’m German. I bake my own bread. My parents bake bread. My brother bakes bread.
We freeze the bread after it’s cooled down from being baked.
You know why?
Because that way, it’s great even weeks later.
Sure, nothing beats bread that’s just out of the oven. But honestly, I think I prefer bread that’s been frozen and reheated even to bread that’s only 1-2 days old.
Waaaaaay Less stale.

We get birthdays off, not counting towards the 30 days paid holidays, which is completely separate from unlimited paid sick days. Oh, and also since last Wednesday, the entire company is on holidays, we’re back 2nd week of January. Doesn’t count towards the 30 days, of course 👍

Newer bathrooms here just don’t have doors. Just to right angles. Can’t see in from the outside, but don’t need to touch a door handle.
It’s perfect.

Not completely, but yes. But in pan with some oil and fry them, as you’d do with the Gunciale

I’ve recently been enjoying this recipe: essen-und-trinken.de/…/57421-rzpt-wirsing-pie
And my go-to is to make Carbonara, but replace the Lancaster/Guanciale with 2-3 of the outer, leathery savoy leaves cut into black width strips (vegetarian carbonara, basically).
- Comment on Zero to Hero 3 months ago:
Had both. So many people here have recommended different Brussels sprout recioes that I want comment on this. But steamed or boiled broccoli just sucks compared to seared or roasted.

So why not just do bread?
- Comment on Zero to Hero 3 months ago:
I’ll be honest, those look ok. Might try them and maybe upgrade to 0.75/5.

A recent survey (n=1) has come to the following conclusions regarding goodness of members of the Brassica family:
- broccoli: 5/5. Godly. Fry in pan on very high heat, severly searing the outside, but keeping the inside crisp.
- savoy: 4.5/5. Very versatile. Easy to grow yourself. Smells amazing.
- kale: 4.5/5. Must have in winter.
- green cabbage: 4.5/5. Cheers from Sauerkraut country!
- turnip: 3/5. Alright. Sometimes nice to have. Great raw with dip.
- cauliflower: 2/5. Tastes like nothing. Only this high up because my
control groupgirlfriend loves it. - Brussel sprouts: 0.5/5. Technically edible.
- Broccoli, cooked: warcrime.

Because while he dresses it up as scientific theories, he’s just spewing unfounded conspiracy theories?
Because this stuff is a conversation starter in the same way that “the moon landing was staged”, “the earth is flat” and “chemtrails turn the frogs gay” is?
Because instead of actual scientific education or archeological documentaries, this is the shit that gets funded? Because who knows how many people will now believe that his fanfiction of a theory is a legitimate interpretation of humanity’s history?
I’m sorry, I don’t mean to come off as condescending, I really don’t. But his entire “documentary” is deeply unserious at best, and an outright lie at worst.
